President
Mr. Rodríguez is the owner and President of ORPI corporation and its sister brands AMPS, ARES, and JRM. With more than 25 years of experience in the fields of engineering, construction, and project management he has contributed to dozens of important endeavors on the island. Mr. Rodríguez values keeping up to date with current Engineering and Architectural concepts and has participated in over 20 different types of educational seminars to enhance his already thorough knowledge of these fields.
In addition to directing and administering APMS, LLC, Mr. Rodriguez has been an expert witness in over 100 court cases and has afforded his expertise to several insurance companies and public corporations from Puerto Rico, including:
