Mr. Bernard has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, 22 of them with ORPI. Having a strong background in supervising activities in a variety of fields, Mr. Ortiz is an essential member of our team. In addition to project management, his inspector skills allow him to look at projects with the goal to stay compliant and on time.
