Capitol Office Building (COB)

Our team first oversaw the project management and inspection services for the construction of this structure back in 2004. Since then, our team has continued to provide ongoing inspection and property management services for this 128,000 sq ft building that houses offices and commercial spaces, including local and federal government tenants.
