APMS provided project management and inspection services for the construction of the new IKEA store at the former Sears store at the Santa Rosa Mall in Bayamón, from the bidding process through final close-out.  This project was a challenge due to its magnitude, time constraint, and multiple contractors working at the same time, including work force from Spain, Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico.
