Rio Mar Cluster 2 – Reconstruction

 
After hurricane Maria came through the island in 2017, Rio Mar Cluster 2 suffered major damages that required the assistance of APMS in the preparation of a Request for Proposal (RFP) to address its repair. The scope of work included waterproofing and roof tile installation, exterior painting, gutters and windows replacement, and other repair works.  Project management services were provided from the bidding process through final close-out.
